Greg Guillon 

As a former national tennis player in France, Greg has always been passionate about helping athletes reach their optimum performance as he understands each athlete has its own unique array of physical and mental attributes. 

 

After graduating from the British School of Osteopathy in 2009, Greg set up his own private clinic in Chiswick, London, as well as working at one of the biggest gyms and tennis club in West London where he fine-tuned his skills treating the general public as well as sports people, from gym goers to professional athletes.

It is in 2016 that Greg had the opportunity to work with British Athletes at the Loughborough International as well as The Diamond League in Rome in preparation for the Rio 2016 Olympic Games. In 2020, he decided to launch PROSTAR PERFORMANCE a platform of services for professional athletes specifically designed to optimise performance and reduce the risk of injury.

Combining years of experience working with athletes including Premier League football players and ATP Tour players as a performance therapist and consultant, Greg has developed expertise in dealing with high performance athletes' requirements.

As a performance therapist, Greg is interested in understanding the biomechanics of the athletes and its interactions with the athletes technical and physical abilities based on the requirements of their sport. Greg is qualified to address all types of musculoskeletal dysfunctions as he uses a wide range of structural, functional, cranio-sacral and visceral techniques to address these dysfunctions and optimise body movement.

Jamie Redwood

Jamie is a reputable Nutritionist with 10 years of experience working in clinical and performance nutrition, at world class sports clubs, for elite athletes. Jamie works with athletes of all levels and ages, coaches and sports science teams to provide nutritional strategies to enhance sport performance and recovery.

He is presently working with Premiership Footballers as a Performance Chef which focuses on how to correctly fuel and hydrate their bodies to aid optimal sports performance through real food.

 

As a result of this experience he has developed a plain talking approach to sports nutrition with the ability to design bespoke programmes that can be tailored to individual requirements, goals and objectives.

Gregoire Burquier

Gregoire is a Mental Coach since 2017. From 2008 to 2015, he spent 8 years as a professional tennis player on the ATP Tour (best world ranking: 167th ATP). He played many times all the biggest tournaments in the world (Roland Garros, Wimbledon, US Open, Australian Open) and realised that psychological and mental factors are essential in performance achievement.

 

He has therefore decided at the end of his career to continue to explore this area following additional courses to his university degree (Master 1 in psychological and mental training and coaching). Mental strength is for him one of the keys to the performance but it’s rarely dealt specifically. Operating on people mental blocks can produce incredible results.

 

Gregoire works now with many athletes including professional football players. He helps them to give their best when they perform with the aim of reaching their performance optimum state. To this end, he works on various fields like emotions management, confidence, concentration or communication.
